Due to his initial lack of sentiment, Vegeta regarded familial bonds as inferior. Vegeta showed little to no interest in fatherhood when Trunks was born and viewed him as only Bulma's child because Vegeta never wanted to have children. But Vegeta gradually came to understand the gratitude of having a family and home to return to. He even cited being able to teach Trunks everything he knows as a priority to be a father. He will often decline to participate in family activities in favor of training, which he justifies on the grounds of enhancing his strength to protect the world. Vegeta is aware this affects his family, but he nevertheless strongly hints his appreciation for his family, as the Tournament of Power was being arranged, Vegeta initially turned down participating to witness the birth of his daughter. Vegeta also desires for Trunks to follow in his footsteps as a warrior but not so with Bulla, whom he dotes on, and gradually accepts if his children choose different paths as long as they are happy and safe. He is shown to be protective of his family, as it is shown Vegeta is unable to see his wife and children in pain or danger, which later serves as motivation for him to boost his capabilities in battle. Also, despite being nervous upon learning Bulma's second pregnancy, Vegeta was happy to learn he was having a daughter and enjoyed taking care of Bulla. However, he raised Trunks with a combination of respect and discipline, to where Trunks avoids misbehaving in his father's presence. Even more, he is willing to go to extreme methods to protect his family, including humiliation on his part for the sake of their well-being, and he is offended when he learns Goku would prefer training rather than spend time with his children. He is also proud of Future Trunks giving everything he had to protect his world from Zamasu and even protected Future Trunks from one of Fused Zamasu's attacks. His care for Future Trunks was further established in Super Dragon Ball Heroes where seeing Future Trunks' life was in danger by the hand of Cumber, he chose to willingly put on the Potara earring to fuse with Goku, something he was not willing to do before. In Bojack Unbound, he also willingly went to confront Bojack after seeing his son in danger from his men on TV and even made sure to bring Future Trunks' sword along to supply it to him, when earlier he was unwilling to participate in or ever watch the Intergalactic Tournament due to losing the will to fight as a result of Goku's death. On a similar note, after Piccolo accidentally reveals that the boy who defeated Frieza earlier was actually a future version of his then-newborn son, Vegeta privately expresses pride that his son would grow to become that strong, a stark contrast to the period between Frieza's death and the Androids' ambush, where he felt threatened by the boy's ability to become Super Saiyan.

When Frieza eventually manages to deflect Gohan's Wild Rush Blaster, Vegeta realizes Frieza may be too strong for even him or Goku and concocts a plan to reach the rank of Super Saiyan by having Krillin seriously wound him, leaving him within only an inch of his life, then having Dende heal him (because Saiyans grow increasingly stronger when they recover from near-death experiences). He fails as Frieza decides yet again to transform due to Gohan, when angered, being powerful enough to almost deter his third form.
Frieza goes on the assault and begins pummeling Vegeta, leaving him on the brink of death until the renewed Goku shows up and distracts him. Sensing Goku's increased strength and watching Goku outsmart Frieza and even kick him in the jaw, Vegeta begins laughing and taunting Frieza that Goku is the Super Saiyan who will defeat him. Frieza fires a Death Beam right through Vegeta's heart, ending the Saiyan Prince's tortured life.
Vegeta and Goku have a small conversation afterwards, with Vegeta making fun of Goku because he was so worried that he just shrank. Kid Buu decides to destroy the earth in his wake with his Planet Burst. Goku and Vegeta could not stop Kid Buu's horrible power, and the two Saiyans fly quickly to try and reach the now-free absorption victims, but Goku made a detour and picked up Mr. Satan, the young Namekian healer Dende, and Mr. Satan's pet Labrador puppy, Bee. There was no time to save Gohan, Goten, Trunks, or Piccolo, as Kid Buu's attack was speeding towards them. Suddenly Kibito Kai appears using Kai Kai to transport himself, Goku, Vegeta, and the three others to the Sacred World of the Kai. Vegeta blames Goku for the needless death of their sons. Vegeta also gets further incensed when he learned that, while Vegeta was still dead and, in the afterlife, Goku bribed Old Kai with allowing the latter to grope/gain nude pictures of Bulma (a kiss in the English dub), lashing out at Goku for his senselessness and stated that he should have just used Goku's own wife instead. However, they get happy as Dende tells them that they can revive everyone and Earth with the Namekian Dragon Balls. They soon watch through a Crystal Ball and see that Kid Buu has regenerated and using Kai Kai while destroying planet after planet in search of them. Kid Buu knew they escaped, and as a result decided to hunt them down. Goku and Vegeta decide it cannot go on, and power up to entice him to come to the sacred planet to fight them both.
Vegeta rushes in for another attack but to no avail as Black is able to avoid it and throws a shot of his own to Vegeta, calling the Saiyan prince only a warm up but the attack is caught by Vegeta who then deflects the blow and responds with another barrage of punches and goes for a massive punch when suddenly Black catches him and everyone off guard by transforming his aura into a blade and stabbing Vegeta clean through the right side of his chest, mortally wounding him. Vegeta is shocked at how even as a Super Saiyan Blue he is considered a "warm-up" to Black, and he falls to the ground in a near-death state. Vegeta is unconscious throughout the entire fight between Goku, Future Trunks, Black and Future Zamasu, only waking up to witness Future Zamasu's appearance and waking up once again to save Goku and Future Trunks from being killed by the two evil entity's combined attack, falling unconscious once again. He is saved by Future Mai after Earth's Resistance distracts Black and Future Zamasu, and while still knocked out, is sent back to the past alongside the two other Saiyans.
Vegeta saves Gohan's life before he is squeezed to death by Hirudegarn by firing a Ki Blast at his arm. He then proceeds to fight the monster, as he is angered that Hirudegarn had ruined the Capsule Corporation headquarter building on his first day off in a month; he transforms into a Super Saiyan[28] and rushes to attack him.
Later, after completing the basic training of Spirit Control under Pybara, Vegeta's power went through a massive boost, as Vegeta was initially shocked by the size and power of his own attacks. In battle against Moro's empowered men, Vegeta exhibited tremendous raw power, able to calmly swat away a giant building thrown at him with a single hand and likewise effortlessly defeated the foes in base form. Ultimately, with his newfound access of training, it also boosted his ability to detect ki signatures, even from across the universe and, after a few failed attempts, managed to perform Instant Transmission to return to Earth. Upon facing Moro, the wizard's power had vastly grown since their last encounter. Despite this and knowing that Moro had just defeated Ultra Instinct Sign Goku, Vegeta still confidently faced Moro with Goku and Piccolo noting Vegeta had surpassed Goku albeit Goku had not perfected Ultra Instinct yet. While his Super Saiyan God SS Evolved form proved no struggle for Moro at first, Vegeta was discreetly using Forced Spirit Fission, purging all the stolen life energy Moro had absorbed. Once Moro was fully drained and returned to his decrepit state, Vegeta was confident he could kill Moro, something that the Galactic Patrol failed countless times even after capturing Moro. However, Moro managed to retreat long enough to absorb Seven-Three, who had a copy stored of Moro's highest obtained power. Combining this extra power and Seven-Three's own abilities with Moro's natural remaining power boosted Moro high enough to easily repel Vegeta.
i read some other peoples comments . it is extremely difficult for a person to imagine parts to a system or a new one . this is why people from the past like michel angelo the artist stands out in history . and for instance what does this word mean that i make up using these keys >/lsn)))** ??? well i dont know myself because i dont know the system i would need to understand it . so when a person is very young a 3 or 4 or 5 year old they probably do not know what the word data means . its for computers and it probably means something else. and the very smartest humans in 1900 or in the 1930s probably would not know either . so many years ago mabey thousands if some one thought that something was bothering them it would be demons or gods or something like that .so mabey a person is a victim of some kind of targeting mabey they are associating physical feelings with a system they have been taught about.and as humans become more electronic that they could be targeted is going to happen at some point . and i am not like other people who ever were free of their own mind at any point in their life because i cannot think words or sentences . this was proven to me by a brain doctor in 66 .when he tryed to test me for school because my grades had slipped because the government sadists were having a problem and the doctor knew about the rings and what they can do probably because he was also military . so heres this kid who could not be like this and holding a conversation with me . my mother just aughed and handed him a phone number which he called and then got even more angry and took me in his office and called the federal law enforcement who told him thats just the way it is for him. then he was very depressed and sent me home . this is all true these statements and for flying planes into the world trade center the penelty is death for all those hiding treason . so of course im out to kill thousands of bad americans and that is my job in life . that is my career. all i have to do is be put in front of congress and your stuff is over. i was raised not to turn around . ever.so where are the good guys in our government. well it looks like they are non existant .but also the world was attacked so where is other governments who are not human monsters . and so it looks as though the common of the world have a serious problem . along with ideolidgys for government as this only involves going after a few bad guys. thhere are 7 billion people on the planet and a million people running things . this would not start war. well any way of course i can not think or i would have realised this is bigger than a few bad guys years ago. so how can they all escape justice well they cannot because of the huge leap in computer technolodgy in 1969 because they cannot now escape the speed of the advancement of the technolodgys. i am an A.I. 2ff7e9595c
